4. Instructions & Confirmation

Submitting an order does not automatically assure approval.

DHomemaker maintains the authority to cancel or decline any order because of stock shortages, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent behavior. 

5. Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

Orders are sent out within the timeframes specified on the product page.

Delivery schedules can differ depending on the location, logistics provider, or unexpected situations.

DHomemaker holds no liability for delays resulting from courier services, natural occurrences, or force majeure circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Guidelines

Qualification

Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns should be started within 7 days of receipt (or as indicated on the site).

Items That Cannot Be Returned: 

  • Used items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products harmed because of incorrect usage, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance

Reimbursements

  • Refunds that have been approved will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return results from a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product shipment.

The warranty includes only manufacturing defects and excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or typical wear and tear.

Proof of purchase is necessary to obtain warranty.

DHomemaker will not be responsible for any damages resulting from:
